Offering in-person sessions in Westport, CT and telehealth sessions.
UNDERSTANDING THE SIGNS
Intrusive thoughts, constant overthinking, and endless mental “what-ifs” can feel exhausting—leaving you stuck in patterns that are difficult to quiet, no matter how hard you try.
Life’s transitions—starting college, marriage, separation or divorce, postpartum changes, infertility, career shifts, parenting challenges, perimenopause and menopause, empty nesting, retirement, or illness—can intensify feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, and disconnection from yourself.
You may feel disconnected from who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and mental noise. Deep down, you may be craving clarity and a sense of wholeness—or to reconnect with your authentic self.
LET’S FIND A WAY BACK TO YOU
How I can help
I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions for women across the lifespan—from older teens to older adults.
I am dedicated to supporting women through life’s most challenging and vulnerable seasons with compassion and care. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, perinatal and parenting transitions, and other major life changes, with a focus on helping women navigate teen years, motherhood, identity shifts, and other meaningful transitions.
My approach is integrative and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and positive psychology. I support clients in building resilience, finding meaning, and reconnecting with a more grounded, empowered sense of self.

Common Questions-
-
The first session is a chance for us to begin getting to know one another. It’s an opportunity to discuss your goals and expectations for therapy, while giving me space to learn more about you, your experiences, and what’s bringing you here at this point in your life.
-
If you’ve never been to therapy before, that’s completely okay. Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar or even a little intimidating, but you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
Our first sessions are simply a space to get to know each other, talk about what’s been weighing on you, and explore what support might look like for you. There’s no “right” way to do therapy, and you’re welcome to move at a pace that feels comfortable and safe.
-
