Practice Policies:

• Our sessions will last 50-55 minutes.

• My fee is $250 for individuals and couples.

  • Payment is due at the end of your session. I accept Venmo, Zelle, credit cards and personal checks.

  • I am currently in network with Aetna and Anthem BCBS. I am out of network with all other insurers and will provide documentation for you to file with your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • If you are unable to make your appointment, 24-hour notice is required. I charge a $50 cancellation fee for no-show appointments.

  • If I believe your treatment requires specific training that is out of my scope of practice, I will discuss it with you and make a referral to a suited practitioner with your permission.

  • My practice is conducted in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. If you have any questions or concerns about informed consent, confidentiality or practice policies, please do not hesitate to ask.
